As Figure 1 states below:

"The right tool for the right job" is an adage that means using the right tool for a task can make it easier to complete and can improve the quality of the work. Using the wrong tool can be dangerous, frustrating, or ineffective. 

For example, a hammer can be used to make a hole, but a drill is better for precise holes. Using a tool that's not designed for a particular job can also damage the tool itself.
